Business-critical Java services on makro.pro rewritten onto NestJS and OracleDB — each starting by reading the existing codebase closely enough to reproduce its behaviour exactly. Alongside the rewrites I built inventory-analysis and stock-management APIs, added a Kafka pipeline on Tencent Cloud, rolled out Datadog across servers for observability, and migrated services from AWS to Tencent Cloud with minimal downtime.

A content management system that analyses food products and computes Health Star Ratings for millions of items. I led its move from a multi-server stack to a unified serverless architecture on NestJS — cutting operational cost while raising availability — and built the event-driven pipeline (SQS, EventBridge, SES) behind its research-data sharing with The George Institute and the UN.

An AI marketing platform that answers customer reviews at scale. I rebuilt the reply engine for new and historical Google Maps reviews and built the scheduler and queue layer that processes 100,000+ reviews per cycle inside Google’s rate and policy limits, working with the front-end team on the integration.

A React Native app for meditation, workouts and daily routines. I led the front end — built the fitness module end to end, wired Stripe for subscriptions, added serverless services for real-time progress sync, and owned both release pipelines: TestFlight through App Store review, and the Play Store build.

Front-end lead for the Albir Group non-profit site. Built dynamic, responsive interfaces in React with an Ant Design component library, translated designer mockups into functional components, and tuned for fast load times and cross-browser consistency.

A Ruby on Rails web application built end to end — REST APIs, Dockerised environments and test-driven development throughout, with Git-based collaboration and close design pairing so the UI matched the backend logic.
